Foreigners who paid $ 4.6 billion while purchasing residential housing from Turkey last year.
According to the report of Isbank's “Current Developments in Real Estate Sector”, the number of foreign interest on having property in Turkey increased each year and increased each month to previous one in the last year. In 2017 the number of foreign interest taken from Turkey increased by 22.2 percent compared to 2016. Foreigners paid $ 4.6 billion for housing last year.
The first city which foreigners prefer is Istanbul with 8.182 real estates in 2017.
with 4.707 houses in Antalya, with 474 houses in Bursa, with 79 houses in Yalova, with 978 houses in Trabzon, with 826 houses in Aydın, with 817 houses in Ankara, 7 with 70 houses in Sakarya, with 634 houses in Mugla and with 600 houses in Mersin follows Istanbul.
